Birding 101

Information : The Rio Brazos Audubon Society offers an exciting birdwatching adventure for all skill levels. Participants will enhance their birding skills by learning to identify native and migrating species through sight and sound. With expert guidance, they'll master binocular and field guide techniques while exploring the scenic trails of Lick Creek Park. This hands-on experience is an ideal way to connect with nature, improve birding knowledge, and possibly spot rare species in the beautiful Brazos Valley.

Brazos Valley Chorale: Stage And Screen Spectacular

Information : The Chorale's third concert will be a variety show, complete with dinner for attendees. True to its name, the concert will feature songs from beloved Broadway musicals, along with selections from the movie screen. Additionally, this performance will highlight the incredible talent within the ensemble through performances by small groups and soloists.

Charges: Door Tickets: $20 (adults), $5 (students), FREE (under the age of 6)! Online tickets are available, purchase 4 or more adult tickets in advance and you will receive a 20% discount!




Sunday Funday at Stampede College Station

World Wildlife Day Hike

Information : Join us at Basecamp to celebrate World Wildlife Day with a guided journey around Lake Prescott, covering the entire 2.25 miles of Prescott Trail. This free event is open to all, but registration is required. The trail offers a diverse hiking experience with varying levels of difficulty and may encounter sections not suitable for strollers. Explore the natural beauty of Millican Reserve as our experienced guides lead you through vibrant ecosystems and scenic vistas.

Mystery Geocache Hike

Reel Family Adventure is perfect for multi-generational groups and will be geared towards beginner fly fishermen and fisherwomen. In addition to fly-fishing dry land instruction, all participants will have the opportunity to fish on Lake Prescott.

TAMU Island Party
